Lasagna

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 lb cottage cheese (dry)
1/2 cup parmesian cheese
2 can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
8 oz lasagna
2 cup mozzarella (grated)

~ Brown the ground beef and drain. ~ add tomato sauce and seasonings ~ simmer slowly for 20 minutes ~ prepare the lasagna noodles ~ arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. ~ Top with 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella, 1/3 of the cottage cheese. ~ Repeat the layering until done. End with the cottage cheese. ~ top with parmesian cheese. ~ Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. ~ Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
