Meatballs To Serve With Spaghetti Sauce

3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 lb ground pork
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 sprig parsley chopped or
1 1 tbls parsley flakes
1 centiliter garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 well-beaten eggs
1 salt and pepper
Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs, and seasonings; mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in hot fat. Add to sauce and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
