Live-well: Italian Herb Bread

1 1/3 cup water
3 tablespoon skim milk powder
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/4 teaspoon quick-rising dry yeast

Remove baking pan from large [2 lb] bread machine. Add to pan [in order] water, skim milk powder, butter, sugar, salt, all-purpose and whole wheat flours, garlic, basil and thyme. Sprinkle yeast over top, making sure yeast does not touch water mixture. According to manufacturer's instructions, choose cycle for powdered (or nonfresh) milk. When baked, immediately remove pan from machine. Remove bread from pan; let cool on rack.
