Diabetic Ground Beef Pizza

1 lb lean ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup canned tomatoes; well drain
2 tablespoon parsley; chopped
2 tablespoon onion; finely chopped
1/2 cup low-fat process american
2 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 cheese; shredded

1. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper. 2. Pat meat into 9-inch nonstick pie pan. 3. Spread tomatoes over meat. 4. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomato-meat mixture. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 6. Cut into 6 equal wedges to serve.
